He’s raised over $1M, built partnerships across industries, and pushed CHRP into enterprise, sports, and D2C. He sees around corners—but more importantly, he builds what’s next.
At CHRP, Jeff is leading the charge into emotional performance—blending behavioral science, emotional intelligence, and music to create a new kind of operating system for high performers.
Based in Franklin, TN, Jeff spends his off-hours fly fishing, mentoring, and keeping up with three very active kids alongside his wife Bonnie.
